Public profile pages show information supplied by the professional, including portfolio items where available.
Registration is not required to browse public pages. Some actions, such as saving professionals, sending certain enquiries, posting reviews, using chat, or creating a professional profile, may require an account and verification steps.
Professionals can create an account, choose a role, verify required contact details, choose profile categories and city, add a username, and add portfolio material. Published professionals can update account details, media, portfolio items, availability, profile text, and settings from their dashboard where the current tools allow it.
When a public profile is accepting enquiries, users can send project details through the enquiry flow. Conversations and follow-up details are handled between the user and the professional. TheMovieCrafts provides discovery and communication tools, but it is not automatically a party to any project agreement.

Featured placement may reflect profile quality, listing status, editorial selection, or promotion. Users can report concerns such as impersonation, copied work, misleading profiles, abusive reviews, harassment, scams, copyright concerns, privacy issues, or technical problems.
